Who Can Apply.
We set the bar high. We’re looking for leaders who have demonstrated academic success and are passionate about joining our team. Equally, we require people who are driven to succeed, bring a fresh perspective, and work collaboratively in a team. Specifically, candidates must have:
- Undergraduate major in Economics, Finance, or a related field with an overall GPA of at least 3.5.
- Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
