We keep each Banking Academy class small so that you will have intimate access to our top analysts and executive team members, including our CEO, COO, CFO, and CCO. Industry experts serve as mentors providing you with collaborative, real-work projects and an opportunity to showcase your work. Successful Banking Academy students are considered for paid internship and full-time career opportunities.
What We Look For
We’re looking for driven leaders who have demonstrated academic success and are passionate about joining our team. Specifically, candidates must have:
- Undergraduate major in Economics, Finance, or a related field with a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA.
- Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
